Three minimal and deep tracks – Pablo Bolivar and Noah Pred present their “Forward Gradient” EP
Two friends that has been enjoying studio jam sessions since a long time, they are back with three minimal and deep tracks. The idea of Pablo Bolivar and Noah Pred‘s EP “Forward Gradient” started in Berlin and they finished it in Barcelona, everything seasoned with good food, wine and long talks. For this new encounter, we are delighted to welcome Deadbeat with a solid dubby version of “Forward Gradient”.
What inspired you to produce the EP?
Pablo Bolivar: It’s kind of a gathering from time to time – whenever the two of us are together in the studio, we know it will end in something nice. A traditional Catalonian lunch of fidéua also helped inspire one of the tracks.
Where did you record it? And how?
We started in Berlin at Noah’s studio, then finished it in Barcelona at Pablo’s studio.
What’s up next after the release? Are you working on any other projects?
Nothing planned yet together, but we will do another EP at some point before too long. Meanwhile, we’re both touring solo this summer.
